Most hotels buy linen on price per piece and pay for laundry separately. We price the two together, aggregate demand across our network, and guarantee your combined cost comes down.
A sheet bought on lowest price fails earlier, washes worse, and gets replaced more often. The saving on the invoice disappears into replacement and laundry cost, where nobody is measuring it.
Purchase sits in capex or supplies. Laundering sits in housekeeping opex. Because the two are never added together, the real cost per room-night is invisible.
Most Greek properties buy between April and July, when suppliers are least willing to negotiate and lead times are longest. You pay the season premium every year.
Without a defined par level per room, ordering becomes reactive. Properties either run short mid-season or hold dead stock that ties up cash.
A 40-room property is not a meaningful account to a mill. Alone, you buy at distributor prices. Together with our network, you buy at mill prices.
No commitment until you have seen the quote and compared it against what you pay today.
Room count, bed configuration, bathroom count, current par level, pool and spa usage, and your laundry model. Fifteen minutes, once.
We reconstruct what linen and towels actually cost you today, purchase and laundering combined, expressed per room and per par item.
Your volume joins the network order. Pooled quantities move you from distributor pricing to mill pricing on the same specification.
A written quote covering purchase and laundering, benchmarked against your baseline. If we cannot beat it, we tell you so and you owe nothing.
Pre-season bulk with locked pricing, plus fast mid-season replenishment. Delivery to the mainland and the islands.
Every item is chosen to survive industrial washing at commercial temperatures. Specifications below are our standard grades; higher grades are available on request.

The guarantee is simple and it is the whole basis of the program. We quote your linen and towel requirement as a single combined figure covering purchase and laundering. If that figure is not below your current combined cost at equal or better specification, there is no engagement and no fee.
Quoted as one number: purchase plus laundering, per room per year.
Benchmarked against your own baseline, not an industry average.
Specification matched or improved, never downgraded to manufacture a saving.
Pricing locked for the season once the pre-season order is placed.
No annual contract, no minimum commitment, no exit fee.
Where laundering is handled in-house, the guarantee covers purchase cost and the consumable and utility load attributable to linen washing.
Good. Keep them in the comparison. We quote against your current arrangement and you keep whichever is better. Many properties end up splitting categories between us and an incumbent, and that is a perfectly reasonable outcome.
The program is built for properties below roughly 100 keys, which is precisely the group that cannot negotiate alone. There is no lower limit. A ten-key serviced apartment building is welcome, because the aggregation does the work, not your individual volume.
No. If your laundry arrangement is working, we price around it and the guarantee applies to purchase cost plus your existing laundry cost. If it is not working, we can quote laundering as part of the package.
Par is how many sets of each item you hold per room, typically three to four. It is the single most useful number in linen planning, because it converts your annual spend into a cost per item that can be compared honestly across properties and against the market.
Ideally between September and January, well ahead of the April to July buying rush. Starting early is most of the saving, because it moves you out of the season premium and gives mills a workable lead time.
Tell us your room count, current par level and how your laundry is handled. We will come back with a combined purchase-plus-laundering figure and the comparison against what you pay today.
